Droppoint Secures ISO 9001 Certification for Quality Management Excellence

Droppoint Australia has achieved ISO 9001 certification for its Materials Orchestration System (MOS) and supporting infrastructure, building on its recent ISO 27001 certification to demonstrate robust, independently audited quality and information security frameworks that give procurement, operations, and technology teams greater confidence that critical inventory and logistics activities for field service and infrastructure customers are managed with reliable, continuously improving governance and controls.

Droppoint Australia has achieved ISO 9001 certification, the globally recognised standard for quality management systems. The certification covers Droppoint’s Materials Orchestration System (MOS) and supporting infrastructure, confirming that its processes are designed to consistently deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes for customers.

Building on Droppoint’s recent ISO 27001 certification for information security, ISO 9001 further strengthens the organisation’s commitment to both protecting data and continuously improving service quality for field service and infrastructure customers. Together, these certifications provide additional assurance for procurement, operations, and technology teams that critical inventory and logistics activities are governed by robust, audited frameworks.

“Quality and reliability are nonnegotiable for both our customers and for Droppoint” said Shane Milne, GM Product and Technology at Droppoint. “ISO 9001, alongside ISO 27001, is a clear signal that we are investing in the systems, governance and culture needed to support complex field operations with confidence.”
