What is Droppoint’s main benefit for Field services Teams?

Droppoint helps field service teams hit SLAs and improve productivity by getting the right parts to the right technician, at the right location, at the right time.

We manage parts logistics end to end, so technicians spend more time completing jobs and less time chasing parts. The result is higher first-time fix rates, more productive days, and lower operating cost.

Does Droppoint use its own carriers or storage facilities?

Droppoint is a managed logistics service. We partner with best-in-class carriers and secure storage locations to build a network tailored to your operational needs.

Because we are carrier-agnostic, we can select the right logistics and storage option for each job. That means better service levels, better value, and a solution that scales as your business evolves.

How does Droppoint help increase Field Service Teams productivity?

Droppoint is a managed service provider, as such we do not utilise our  own carriers or operate our own storage facilities, we partner with best in class carrier partners and storage providers.

This allows us  to utilise the best carrier, freight or storage option for your  business's individual requirements. We tailor our services to meet your  business operational needs. And becuase we are not limited on carrier  options, we can help you get the best value for your business.

Can Droppoint integrate with my existing systems?

Yes. Droppoint can integrate with your existing systems, including ERP and WMS platforms, to streamline booking, tracking, and reporting.

Integrations range from light-touch connections through to deeper workflows, so your team can manage logistics and inventory activity through one central view in MOS.

What kind of freight can Droppoint handle?

Droppoint handles the freight that keeps field service moving, from small parcels and cartons through to bulky, high-value, time-critical items, end to end movement of original equipment and large consignments.

We support metro and regional movements, planned and urgent jobs, and handling requirements aligned to your parts, compliance needs, and service windows.

Which countries does Droppoint operate in?

Droppoint operates across Australia and New Zealand, with services designed to support national or state-based field service footprints across metro and regional locations.

What service levels can Droppoint provide

Droppoint aligns logistics timelines to service levels. We empower our customers to meet and exceed their SLA’s by delivering to required service windows, we’re SLA not ETA driven.

How are you different from any other logistics company?

Droppoint is designed by field service experts to solve the inventory and logistics challenges unique to field service organisations. We deliver a complete inventory and managed service solution across Australia and New Zealand.

Unlike traditional logistics providers, we are built for the dynamic and unpredictable nature of field service, aligning parts, storage, and transport to your service levels so teams can execute with confidence.

How do you charge for your services? Is it subscription or per parcel costs?

Droppoint operates on a subscription model for access to our Materials Orchestration Software (MOS) and our Droppoint network of locations. To send parts through our network is costed on a per parcel basis, dependant on the service requirements you have.

Because we create customer solutions for our clients based on specific SLA or parts requirements, the price is based on your specific requirements.
