2021 was a year of disruptions, uncertainty, and ongoing change. The pandemic affected all industries, and field servicing and materials management was no exception.

We sat down and chatted to Droppoint CEO Jason Flanagan to discusses the major impacts COVID-19 has had on clients, and explains how the Droppoint team have adapted to better support clients and help them keep moving. He also shares his key takeaways  from the last 12 months, and what he believes the industry can learn from it.

And whilst the pandemic may be behind us, many of the logistics and field services challenges caused by widespread lockdown, increasing inflation and staffing shortages are still relevant.
